“Points of View” showcases work in four very diverse styles by local artists – Vikki Flawith, Susan Hopkins, Dixie MacUisdin, and Trish Smith. Using acrylic, watercolour, or pastel, each artist presents a unique view of the world that surrounds her. Sisters, Vikki and Susan display their colourful, transported visions of the West Coast’s landscape and wildlife; Dixie offers stylized, abstracted inspirations of Alaska; and Trish utilizes timeless Realism to explore humans’ relationship to the landscape.
